Refund policy

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
Customers are responsible for 25% administration fees associated to all RETURNS or CANCELLATIONS of unwanted products associated with their respective orders.

CANCELLATIONS will be accepted within 24 hours after date and time of order. All cancellations are subject to a 25% administration fee at the cost of the customer.

RETURNS will only be considered within 24 hours of receipt of products after review of case via email provided clear photos of damaged product or valid reason. Upon approved returns, our team will then advise the customer on how to proceed. Used or installed parts and products will not be considered for return or exchange.
